I wou...The time change affects me in a similar way. I would be up by 5, even before my alarm hits. But as it is getting darker earlier and it's still dark until about 6, I've been hitting the snooze button one too many times, and it takes me a lot more effort to get going. <br />Word of the wise: It will get worst before it gets better! Once Nov 6 hits, it will be pitch black way too early and way too late. But after your body readjusts, you're good to go until the Spring.
